Next meeting will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2019. -- The Prince George's County Planning Board holds meetings each Thursday in the First Floor County Council Hearing Room of the County Administration Building, 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772, (unless otherwise indicated) to consider planning, zoning, and subdivision matters. Public hearings and forums on land use plans, budget items, and community visioning are also held from time to time at various locations throughout the county. NOTE: Due to the concerns over the recent outbreak of COVID-19 and new procedures for social distancing, the Planning Board will provide virtual public attendance. The meeting can be viewed live below on this page and a video recording will be available for review after the meeting. Public participation is encouraged either through our phone bridge or by using GoTo Meeting (online video meeting software) . Everyone who wishes to speak at the Planning Board meeting must register through this weblink: http://pgplanningboard.org/883/Watch-Meetings Subject to change. Effective April 3, 2020, all materials for Planning Board consideration must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on the Wednesday one day prior to the Planning Board hearing. We cannot guarantee that materials received after 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday will get to the Planning Board in time for the hearing, but they will become part of the record. Any materials submitted after the Planning Board has voted on a particular matter will not become part of the record.
